Honouring Service. Empowering the Future
The Constable Andrew Hong Memorial Scholarship Fund was created to honour the life and legacy of Constable Andrew Hong of the Toronto Police Service—a respected officer, dedicated father, and longtime supporter of the Canada 911 Ride Foundation. For years, Andrew served as a trusted police escort on our rides, embodying the values of service, commitment, and community.
Following his tragic death in the line of duty on September 12, 2022, the Foundation, with the support of an anonymous donor, established this $10,000 annual scholarship to support the post-secondary education of children of current or retired Toronto Police Service members.
