With the unwavering support of our strategic public safety and emergency service partners, the Canada 911 Ride Foundation proudly organizes a unique, multi-day, fully police-escorted motorcycle ride—Canada’s only event of its kind.
This highly coordinated and symbolic ride serves not only as a moving tribute to our fallen heroes but also as a powerful fundraising initiative that directly supports the Foundation’s life-saving mission.
At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to honouring the memory of emergency service first responders—police officers, firefighters, and paramedics—who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. In their name, we place automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in public spaces across the country, enabling these heroes to continue protecting the communities they once served, even after their passing.
In addition, the Foundation offers financial assistance toward the post-secondary education of the children left behind by these brave individuals, helping to ease their burden and create new opportunities for their futures.
We are also proud to partner with The Mikey Network to expand access to public defibrillators, enhancing cardiac emergency response in high-traffic and underserved areas. Together, we are working to build a legacy of protection, preparedness, and public safety—one that lives on through every life saved and every future supported.

We achieve this by placing Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices in their names, ensuring their life-saving spirit continues to serve the community. In addition, we provide educational support to the children of these heroes and collaborate with the Mikey Network to expand the availability of public access AEDs, further embedding their legacy into the fabric of our communities.
